Rear Admiral Craig T. Mattingly, Commander, Naval Service Training Command, visits Officer Training Command Newport and conducted Physical Fitness training as well as a Townhall/ Questions and Answers forum with the students from various school houses at Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN), June 21, 2024.
Familiarization with resources, standards, rules, and regulations, assist leaders in keeping up with the highest forms of Naval traditions as well as reflects great credit upon themselves, their communities, and our government organizations as a whole. At OTCN we continue to uphold the highest traditions of training as well as what it means to be a member in the United States Naval Service.
