In May 2024, the JPEO-CBRND’s Leadership Professional Development (LPD) Program had an offsite to Gettysburg National Military Park in Pennsylvania. The JPM CBRN Medical team planned an informative and engaging day focused on risk and opportunity. In this photo the docent described to the group the events of the battle at Gettysburg, culminating in Pickett’s Charge. This included the fortification on the left side of the image that would provide some cover for troops, an impediment attackers would have to scale.
