Iraqi policeman kneel on the roadside during a foot patrol Apr. 18 through the city of Tarmiyah. Business has returned to normal in the markets of Tarmiyah after criminal activities have decreased in recent months as a result of constant patrols by Iraqi security forces and their coalition forces counterparts in the area.
