A U.S. Army Soldier assigned to 1st Battalion, 623rd Field Artillery Regiment, fires the MK-19 40 mm grenade machine gun during crew-served weapons qualification training held in the U.S. Central Command area of operations from June 12-13, 2024. Crew-served weapons teams qualified by demonstrating their ability to maintain their weapon systems and to effectively engage targets.
