Young partygoers enjoy some of the free fun at Bliss Family and Morale, Welfare, and Recreation’s Pop Goes the Fort Independence Day celebration at Fort Bliss, Texas, July 4, 2024. With help from troops, volunteers, and sponsors, Bliss FMWR Special Events turned Biggs Park into a 4th of July fun fest with more than two dozen food trucks and a concert from the 1st Armored Division Band and the El Paso Symphony Orchestra.
