NORFOLK, Va. (July 3, 2024) Navy Region Mid-Atlantic (NRMA) Port Operations Training Specialist John Garcia instructs harbor patrol unit training supervisors July 3 on details of the V-shaped hull MetalCraft harbor security boat (HSB) that were recently received on Naval Station Norfolk.
