World War II survivors place Guam flags into bamboo poles representing the island’s villages during the Mañenggon Memorial Ceremony a part of the 80th Liberation in Yona, Guam, July 7, 2024. Mañenggon was the site of one of the concentration camps where the Imperial Japanese force-marched and held the CHamoru population during World War II.
