U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Jacob Hoskins, 4th Law Enforcement Battalion outgoing inspector-instructor, accepts an award from U.S. Marine Corps Col. Edward Shea, Force Headquarters Group deputy commander, during the 4th LEB change of command ceremony at the New Mexico Veterans’ Memorial Park, Albuquerque, N.M., June 28, 2024. Hoskins served eight years as an enlisted Marine, earning the rank of Staff Sergeant, before commissioning in 2005. After his commission, Hoskins would continue his journey in the U.S. Marine Corps in various leadership positions before assuming command as the 4th LEB inspector-instructor in 2021.
