    Norfolk, Va. (July 10 2024) - Line-handlers assist USNS Kanawha (T-AO 196) moore to the pier at Naval Station Norfolk following a nine-month deployment July 10, 2024. Kanawha has been commended for safely executing, without incident, 111 at-sea replenishments, delivering more than 30 million gallons of DFM and JP-5 fuel, along with 4,696,274 Marine Grade Oil, transferring 3,389 critical cargo pallets, and transporting five personnel.
