    PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii - Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Lisa Franchetti and Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy James Honea hold an all hands call with Sailors attached to the guided-missile cruisers USS Shiloh (CG 67), and USS Antietam (CG 54), and the guided-missile destroyers USS Wayne E. Meyer (DDG 108), USS Decatur (DDG 73), and USS Hopper (DDG 70) at the historic Sharkey Theater on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, during Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2024, July 10. Twenty-nine nations, 40 surface ships, three submarines, 14 national land forces, more than 150 aircraft and 25,000 personnel are participating in RIMPAC in and around the Hawaiian Islands, June 27 to Aug. 1, 2024. The world's largest international maritime exercise, RIMPAC provides a unique training opportunity while fostering and sustaining cooperative relationships among participants critical to ensuring the safety of sea lanes and security on the world's oceans.
