Lance Flood, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Far East, with a Letter of Appreciation from Shunko Gakuen, a home for Japanese children separated from their parents during the NAVFAC Far East change of command ceremony at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) July 12, 2024.
