The order is given for Maj. Gen. John Allen, AFIMSC commander, to pass on the Air Force Civil Engineer Center flag to new commander Brig. Gen. Patrick Miller during the Assumption of Command ceremony on 9 Jul 24 at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. Brig. Gen. Patrick Miller became the new commander for AFCEC and will lead the 2,200-person organization, responsible for providing responsive, flexible, full-spectrum installation engineering services.
