Rear Adm.Philip Greene, commander, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, introduces Adm. Gary Roughead, chief of naval operations, at the start of an all-hands call. Many of the questions at the all-hands call focused on the future of the Navy's fleet of ships and individual augmentee assignments. At the conclusion of the all-hands call, the CNO re-enlisted four Sailors ranging from seaman to senior chief petty officer.
