Rear Adm. Donald Sze, the Naval Medical Force Support Command (Reserve) Medical Officer of the Marine Corps and Chief of the Dental Corps (Reserve), speaks during his retirement ceremony at the Defense Health Headquarters on July 18, 2024, in honor of his 25 years of service. Sze, a native of Los Angeles, is the fifth Chinese-American to become a flag officer in the U.S. Navy and the first Chinese-American dental officer to reach the rank of O-7.
