Command Sgt. Maj. Victor Laragione, MEDCoE command sergeant major, had the opportunity to speak on a Senior Enlisted Service Chiefs panel Thursday
18 July 2024, at the Non Commissioned Officers Association of the United States of America (NCOA) 2024 Annual Membership Meeting and Awards Tribute held in San Antonio, TX. The panel was a unique opportunity for the NCOA members to engage with senior enlisted leaders from all six military branches at one time.
Laragione, along with senior enlisted service chiefs, provided the NCOA members with updates on national defense strategy, training, quality of life programs and other initiatives for non-commissioned officers across the DOD. The panel answered question from the engaged audience on a wide range of topics including recruiting, housing, healthcare and force modernization.
The NCOA is made up of over 65,000 members that represent the voice of 17.9 million enlisted veterans and 1.8 million enlisted service members who serve or have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. To learn more about the NCOA visit https://www.ncoausa.org/
