A plaque is dedicated to U.S. Coast Guard Senior Chief Terrell Horne III, at the Sector Los Angeles Long Beach building, survived by his family who came to visit with members of Coast Guard Sector Los Angeles-Long Beach and the CGC TERRELL HORNE, in San Pedro, California, July 15, 2024. "We try to make a visit every two years to keep the connection between our family and the [Coast Guard] crews," said Rachel Horne about their visit, which was to dedicate the Missing Man Table at the Terrell Horne Mess Deck at Sector Los Angeles-Long Beach and reconnect with Coast Guard members who they are still friends with.
