Joe Escandon, the deputy commanding general for operations for 10th MTN Div., during a change of command ceremony on Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, Romania, 19 July, 2024. 3rd BCT recently deployed to Europe and will support NATO in exercises and operations across the Black Sea region.
