Rear Adm. Joseph Buzzella replaced Rear Adm. Andrew Sugimoto as commander of the Eleventh Coast Guard District during a change-of-command ceremony presided over by Vice Adm. Andrew Tiongson on Coast Guard Island in Alameda, Calif., July 19, 2024.
