Nukpoafe serves as the Alpha Company Operations Leading Petty Officer, and regularly assists the Substance Abuse Control Officer program and Command Fitness Leader. His leaders stated that his exceptional execution of his duties contributed to the sharpening and molding of the mind, body, and spirit of every Marine and Sailor within his battalion. The advice Nukpoafe would give to Marines and Sailors is, “Come to work with a positive attitude, that positive attitude can lead to a better day.” Each week, 2nd MLG recognizes one outstanding Marine or Sailor that goes above and beyond in their duties and embodies the qualities of an outstanding service member.
