Freddy Gutierrez-Barrientos, the Treatment Platoon Leader for Charlie Company 141 Brigade Support Battalion, Oregon Army National Guard executes medical operations during a Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) rotation 24-09 on July 18, 2024. The JRTC goal is to create realistic environments that help prepare units for complex operations. Training exercises include medical evacuations of wounded soldiers, weapon live-fire training, and sustainment operations that helps sharpen skills and maintain unit readiness.
