Evans, Army North commanding general, on Joint Base San Antonio, Texas, July 12, 2024. Col. Flores was awarded for his accomplishments at Army North which includes the increased integration of exercises like Jaguar Strike and Joint Specialized Exercise at Mexico’s Centro Nacional de Adiestramiento.
