An Original from 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) completes mile one of “The Murph'' challenge as part of the Fittest Original event on Fort Carson, Colo., July 18, 2024. On day three of the event, participants completed “The Murph'' challenge, consisting of a one-mile run, one-hundred pull ups, two-hundred push ups, three-hundred squats, and another one-mile run. The Fittest Original event spans three days and tests Soldiers on various physically demanding exercises in order to build mental resilience and esprit de corps within the unit.
