In July of 2024 Col. Adam Wloczewski joined American civil affairs leaders for lunch at the Officer's Club at Newport Naval Station. He said, “There is not much difference between American civil affairs and Polish CIMIC. We are from Europe. The U.S. has a different perspective, but we have a common experience from Afghanistan and Iraq. We have the same focus.” Col. Włoczewski has worked alongside the U.S. military in both Afghanistan and Iraq. In total, he has completed 14 deployments to locations around the world.
