VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A U.S. Navy explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) technician and an Underwater Medicial Officer (UMO) from Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group (EODGRU) 2 dive in the Atlantic Ocean with the self contained underwater breathing apparatus (SCUBA), July 24, 2024.
