Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff walks to the stage to receive the Atlantic Council of the United States Distinguished Military Leadership Award on April 21. Mullen along with former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, international pianist Evgeny Kissin and media mogul Rupert Murdoch were all recipients of the award.
