Central billet yard where a large crane unloads 200,000 pounds of steel from railcars and puts it into piles. The steel is then moved by trolley from the billet yard to the forge shop. The crane is remotely operated by one of the many skilled workers at SCAAP, some of whom are second and third generation employees.
