The 809th Multi-Role Bridge Company was activated under the 15th Engineer Battalion, 7th Engineer Brigade, on July 30, 2024, at Parade Field, Tower Barracks, USAG Bavaria, Germany. Capt. Michael MacGovern and 1st Sgt. Garret Grenier took command of the company and sliced the cake at the reception.
