Members of a technical assistance field team (TAFT) from the U.S. Army Security Assistance Training Management Organization (SATMO) observe as members of Romania’s 74th Patriot Regiment load a Patriot Advanced Capability-2 (PAC-2) missile ahead of a live fire exercise June 7, 2024, at Capu Midia training range, Romania. The live fire was the capstone to an approximately six-month training led by the TAFT as Romania works to modernize their air defense capability with the Patriot system.
