According to her leaders, Beza aggressively seeks challenging opportunities to enhance the cohesiveness of 2nd Dental Battalion. She develops her skills by routinely raising her hand to provide corpsman field exercise support, joining Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point Rapid Response Team, and collaborating with 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing leadership to fine tune dental service operations to maximize mission readiness across II Marine Expeditionary Force.
