This poster was created to showcase the “Be Ready for the Fight” message of the U.S. Navy. It was made using raster-based techniques in Adobe Photoshop. The poster is displayed around the the interior of Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73) while moored pierside at Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego. George Washington and crew are in the process of completing the hull swap, replacing Ronald Reagan as the forward-deployed U.S. Naval Forces Japan aircraft carrier at Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan.
