U.S. Army Soldiers stationed in the U.S. Central Command’s area of operations, act as simulated casualties during a mass casualty training exercise, June 13, 2024. The exercise joined battalion aid stations from multiple task forces along with the installation’s hospital staff and emergency medical response team in a first-of-its-kind partnership across multiple components and specialties.
