Wyoming Gov. Mark Gordon gives the Wyoming flag to 1st Lt. Ryan Shupe, commander of Bravo Battery and 1st Sgt. Evan Bock, first sergeant of Bravo Battery, 2-300 Field Artillery Regiment, during a send-off ceremony in Lander, Wyoming, July 30, 2024. The presentation of the flag is a long-standing military tradition that serves as a reminder to each Soldier that those Wyomingites at home are with you every step of the way. The Wyoming National Guard conducted send-off ceremonies for the 2-300th in Torrington, Gillette, Lander and Casper to support the Soldiers and families during their eighth deployment in the last 20 years.
