Sgt. 1st Class Naomi Connelly (center), the assistant operations noncommissioned officer with the 195th Regional Training, 54th Troop Command, New Hampshire Army National Guard (NHARNG), is presented the Chief Warrant Officer 5 Richard Plante award for outstanding leadership by Chief Warrant Officer 5 George Munson (left), the state command chief warrant officer for the NHARNG, on August 4, 2024, at the Edward Cross Training Complex in Pembroke, N.H. Connelly, who was joined by her daughter, Brianna, during the Reserve Component Warrant Officer Candidate School (WOCS) graduation ceremony, was also named distinguished honor graduate. During the course, Connelly surpassed her peers and attained the highest overall scores in the areas of leadership, development, academic proficiency, and physical fitness.
