Navy Divers from Underwater Construction Team (UCT) Two and U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) assist Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) in conducting the Fleet Mooring Inspection (FMI) underwater.
