Firing battery gives honors for the first time to Brigadier General Ronnie D. Anderson Jr., at his promotion to general officer ceremony, which took place Fri., Aug. 2 on the east lawn outside the historic Quarters One at the Rock Island Arsenal. Honors consisted of 1 ruffle and flourish, the general’s march and an 11-gun salute.
