Spc. Cori Nelson, a Sacramento, Calif., native, works on a vehicle in the battalion motor pool. Nelson conducts quality-assurance and quality-control inspections. He has logged more than 1,000 man hours, replaced three up-armored humvee engines and recently replaced a Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck fueler engine - one of the most challenging and demanding organizational maintenance jobs that took 16 manhours to complete. Nelson serves as a light wheel mechanic with Company F, 2nd Battalion, 30th Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad.
