    28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade

    U.S. Soldiers with the 28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade, 28th Infantry Division, fly HH-60 Black Hawk helicopters and a CH-47 Chinook along with the Pennsylvania Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team, in response to rescue needs in Tioga County, Pennsylvania due to flooding caused by Tropical Storm Debby, Aug. 9, 2024. 13 possible rescue targets were identified, however no rescue was required.
