From January 30 through March 23 2024, Ohio Valley Archaeology Inc (OVAI), partner of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), investigated the site of a possible Vietnam War era plane crash site in an effort to recover service members still missing from the crash in Cambodia. In the photo, the team is nearing completion of the excavation. The green tent is the fifth screening station for the 2024 project.
