From January 30 through March 23, 2024, Ohio Valley Archaeology Inc (OVAI), partner of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), investigated the site of a possible Vietnam War era plane crash site in an effort to recover service members still missing from the crash in Cambodia. In all, the team excavated and screened 92 4-x-4 meter units, covering a total of 1,472 meters, March 22, 2024 (Photographer J Burks with OVAI).
