    Navy Medicine Operational Training Command

    Senior Chief Nevilin Davis assigned to Navy Medicine Operational Training Command presents the outgoing commander, Capt. Kimberly P. Toone with her chief's vessel and charge book as she is made an honorary member of the NMOTC Chief's Mess during a change of command ceremony, Aug. 14. NMOTC as a command oversees six detachments and 12 training centers, with facilities in over 60 locations across the United States.
