U.S. Marine Corps recruits with Golf Company, 2nd Marine Recruit Battalion, Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, receive their Eagle, Globe and Anchor during an Eagle, Globe and Anchor ceremony at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, California, Aug. 7, 2024. The Educators Workshop program provides selected educators and influential community members with an experiential opportunity to see how the Marine Corps transforms young men and women into Marines. The workshop also provides attendees with current information regarding Marine Corps training practices, military job skills, service opportunities, military lifestyle, and educational benefits available to Marines.
