Retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Joe Pisano presents the “Veterans Standing Together Across America” flag during the Annual Open House for the Alaska Fisher House partnering at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Aug. 19, 2024.
