Sapp, president National Family Partnership, during the National Family Partnership Awards Dinner at the Army Navy Club in Washington D.C. Feb.6. "It is truly an honor to receive this award," said Sgt. 1st Class Kristi Palmer. "This award represents the great relationship the South Dakota Counterdrug Civil Operations members have with our local coalitions as we work toward the ultimate goal of achieving a drug free community."
