Royal Thai Army Soldiers say farewell to their U.S. Marine instructors from Combat Assault Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force, Feb. 8 after the closing ceremony of Balance Torch 13-13 at Special Warfare Training Camp, Pratu Pha, Lampang province, Kingdom of Thailand. The certificates are presented to the Royal Thai Soldiers who participated in the training. Balance Torch is a program that provides training for the RTA focused on individual combat skills.
