    Rear Adm. Mike Steffen, commander of Navy Reserve Forces Command, observes Capt. Lena Kaman, a native of Shawano, Wis., relieving Capt. Albert Seeman, from Baltimore, Md., of command of Navy Reserve Region Readiness and Mobilization Command (REDCOM) Fort Worth, during the change of command, Sept. 11, 2024. REDCOM Fort Worth's mission is to attain the best possible state of readiness for the 7,200 personnel and equipment assigned to 18 Navy Reserve Centers located across seven states, and to deliver those personnel to the Navy, Marine Crops, and Joint Forces when needed.
