NORFOLK, Va. (September 12, 2024) Vice Adm. John Gumbleton, commander, Task Force 80 and deputy commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) (second from left), waves to a E-2C Hawk Eye on its way to Arizona for decommissioning during a fleet unit visit to Airbourne Command & Control Squadron (VAW) 123. Gumbleton spoke with Sailors about warfighting readiness and quality of service. USFFC is responsible for manning, training, equipping, and providing combat-ready forces forward to numbered fleets and combatant commanders around the globe.
