WWII Veteran Kenneth C. Thayer is welcomed on stage as the guest of honor of the 18th Liberation Concert at Netherlands American Cemetery. Thayers was one of the first Americans to liberate of South Limburg in 1944.
On Sept. 12, 2024, ABMC hosted the 18th Liberation Concert at Netherlands American Cemetery.
Approximately 3,000 people, including seven WWII veterans, gathered to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of the Liberation of South Limburg.
