(September 11, 2024) Retired Chief Navy Diver Teague Mangiaracina recounts his experience of September 11, 2001, at a remembrance ceremony held at Naval Special Warfare Center. Mangiaracina lived in New York at the time the towers were attacked. Naval Special Warfare is the nation's elite maritime special operations force, uniquely positioned to extend the Fleet's reach and gain and maintain access for the Joint Force in competition and conflict.
