Jennifer Soto assigned to Charlie Company, 141st Brigade Support Battalion, Oregon Army National Guard, participates in a week-long Culminating Training Event on Fort Cavazos, Texas, Sept. 14, 2024, in preparation for an upcoming Kosovo Deployment.
