(July 25, 2024) - Johnathan Dach, former Chief of Staff and currently an advisor to Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont, looks to the pier, as Noha Carrington, President of Carrington Investments, talks with crewmembers of USS South Dakota (SSN 790), following the Virginia-class attack submarine’s return to its homeport of Naval Submarine Base New London, July 25. Dach and Carrington were part of a small group of state and industry leaders led by Lamont on a brief embark of South Dakota to highlight southeastern Connecticut’s impact designing, building, and homeporting U.S. Navy Submarines.
